The grade 100 fixed size master links TWN 1810/4 are used to assemble 3- and 4-leg chain slings. The permanently installed ring shackles allow the assembly of lifting chains of the appropriate nominal size only. Welded-in identification tags contain all the necessary data for the operator. The dimensions of the fixed size master links type A comply with the DIN 5688-3.
The manufacturing and testing requirements are based on the DIN EN 1677 parts 1 and 4, under consideration of grade 100 capacities.
